This Privacy Policy was updated as of April 2, 2019 and governs the policies followed by Sovereign Earth LLC and its website www.goaquagear.com (the “Site”).

Two Types of Information Collected

We will refer, in this document, to two types of information: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. “Personally Identifiable Information” (also abbreviated to “PII”) is information that can be traced to your identity (e.g., name, address, phone number, etc.). “Non-Personally Identifiable Information” (also abbreviated to “NPI”) is all other such information that cannot be traced to your identity.

Information That We Collect and How We Use It

Personally Identifiable Information, Generally:Through our Site, we may collect your name, phone number, address, and email address.

The previous paragraphs notwithstanding, we will not disclose your PII or NPI, and all of the information collected is used solely for analytical purposes connected to the operation of the Site. The following provides more specific details:

Service Providers: We may employ third party companies and individuals to perform the services provided through the Site, to perform Site-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, analytics and online advertising, payment processing, fraud detection and improvement of our features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Site is used. These third parties may have access to your Personally Identifiable Information in order to perform these tasks on our behalf.

Legal Purposes: We will share information with government agencies as required by law, including without limitation, in connection with reporting earnings. Third Party Analytics Providers

We work with network advertisers, ad agencies, analytics service providers and other vendors to provide us with information regarding traffic on the Site, including pages viewed and the actions taken when visiting the Site; to serve our advertisements on other web sites, within mobile apps and elsewhere online; and to provide us with information regarding the use of the Site and the effectiveness of our advertisements. Some of these parties may collect Personally Identifiable Information when you visit the Site or other online websites and services. Children Accessing the Site or Our Products

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 18, as this is meant to be a general audience service and our products and website are not intended for the use of such children. Should it be revealed to us that we have inadvertently collected information from children under the age of 18, then we will take reasonable measures to eliminate such data from our servers.

Modification of This Privacy Policy

We may modify our Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, to address any changes that we feel are necessary. We may or may not notify you via email or the Site, but we will always change the date indicated at the beginning of this document. Any changes we make to our privacy policy shall be effective as of this above date and replace any prior privacy policy, whenever enacted. Thus, it is important that you periodically review this document to ensure your understanding is up to date.

The User agrees and acknowledges that part and parcel of the Service are certain inherent risks. The User has read the entirety of the below, and accepts the terms hereunder.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE TO THE USER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES FOR ANY MATTER ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE SITE, THE CONTENT, ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERED BY THE COMPANY, ANY USER POST MADE ON THE SITE; OR THE INTERNET GENERALLY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (I) ANY PARTY’S USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE; (II) ANY CHANGES TO OR INACCESSIBILITY OF THE SITE; (III) ANY DELAY, FAILURE, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF ANY DATA OR ANY TRANSMISSION OF DATA; (IV) ANY CONTENT OR DATA TRANSMITTED OR RECEIVED (OR NOT TRANSMITTED OR RECEIVED) BY/FROM ANY PARTY; AND/OR (V) ANY CONTENT OR DATA FROM A THIRD PERSON ACCESSED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE, OR THE SERVICE; WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY IS ASSERTED ON THE BASIS OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. INDEMNIFICATION.The User agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Company, along with its directors, employees, owners, and agents from and against any action, cause, claim, damage, debt, demand or liability, including reasonable costs and attorney's fees, asserted by any person or entity, arising out of or relating to: (i) this Agreement and/or any breach or threatened breach by the User; (ii) the User’s use of the Site, the Content, or any Service offered by the Company; (iii) any unacceptable, unlawful, or objectionable use of the Site or any Service offered to the User by the Company; or (iv) any negligent or willful misconduct by the User; or (v) violation of any third party’s rights (including intellectual property rights) through the User’s use of the Site, the Content, or the Service.
