30 Days Risk-Free

All Aquagear purchases made on goaquagear.com are covered by a 30 Day Risk-Free Refund Promise. Aquagear customers can initiate a risk-free return by emailing questions@goaquagear.com up to 30 days after delivery for a full refund (including tax).

An Aquagear customer service representative will provide a postage-paid return label. All returned units must be received within 30 days of Aquagear providing postage-paid return label.

Refund will be applied to payment method usually within 5 days of receipt of returned unit. Refund process may take longer during high volume periods. We do our best to refund as quick as possible.

Lifetime Guarantee

Aquagear products are covered by lifetime guarantee, which includes exchange for any defect or breakage at any time during the product's life.

Whether or not Aquagear will require complete or partial product to be sent back for Lifetime Guarantee depends on the extent of the defect or breakage. Small replacement parts will be provided with no exchange required. For most product defects or breakages, Aquagear will provide a postage-paid label to return the full or partial product, and will process an exchange usually within 7 days within receipt of product.

Exchange process may take longer during high volume periods.

Postage-Paid Return Labels

Aquagear will provide a postage-paid label for returns. Please only use Aquagear's postage-paid return label when returning products. Units returned without these specific, trackable labels (i.e. a label paid for and generated by the customer) will not be processed for refund or exchange.
